Keep Improving

We live in a society with destination disease. Too many people want to do enough to "arrive," and then they want to retire. My friend Kevin Myers says it this way: "Everyone is looking for a quick fix, but what they really need is fitness. People who look for fixes stop doing what's right when pressure is relieved. People who pursue fitness do what they should no matter what the circumstances are." People who are constantly improving themselves make three processes an ongoing cycle in their lives:

1. Preparation: When individuals are intentional about learning something every day, then they become better prepared to handle whatever challenges they meet.

2. Contemplation: Time alone is essential to self-improvement. It allows you to gain perspective on your failures and successes so that you can learn from them. It gives you the time and space to sharpen your personal or organizational vision. And it enables you to plan how you can improve in the future.

3. Application: Musician Bruce Springsteen said, "A time comes when you need to stop waiting for the man you want to become and start being the man you want to be." In other words, you need to apply what you've learned.

The appointed time

MANY PEOPLE ARE IMPATIENT FOR THEFOLLOWING REASONS: 1. Lack of brotherly love. 2. Spirit of competition. 3. Pride. 4. Stubbornness. The Bible does not want us to be impatient because when God decidesthat it is your time, every thing will cooperate with you. People who are against you will start working for you. Even those who do not like you will become your friends. Please, be aggressive in your prayers.God bless you as you do so, in Jesus’ name. PRAYER POINTS 1. Oh Lord, don’t ever leave me behind. Let me be going with You all the time, in the name of Jesus. 2. Oh Lord, let me be in the right place at the right time, in the name of Jesus. 3. Ever wondered what it will be to wake up and find out there no one around you and you are facing a big screen at the seat of judgement and yet while on Earth you say it a normal thing even my everyone around does it even my spiritual mentors encourages it. Beloved is God happy do i please God,do you know that when he comes you and i alone will be judged "And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
