A covenant is a strong, binding and solemn promise to abide by some certain terms and conditions mutually agreed among all the parties involved .Usually there is a token of the covenant which reminds all the parties about the terms, conditions and responsibilities in the covenant. To understand details about covenants, I will like us to move from the literal to the spiritual. Covenants are like Memorandum of Understanding that all concerned parties agree to abide by. The MOU usually has a legal document which spells out the terms,conditions and responsibilities of each party in the MOU. Now let's talk about the spiritual covenant.Every covenant is made enforceable to the extent of its compliance to the superior law.
